Aditro External Website Privacy Notice

Aditro is committed to respecting the privacy of our customers and their employees and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This privacy policy outlines how Aditro collects and uses personal data where Aditro is the data controller and determines the means and purposes of the processing. 

Aditro’s services also include processing by Aditro of personal data on behalf of Aditro’s customers. The customer will always be the data controller of that personal data and Aditro will be the personal data processor. This Privacy Notice does not govern such processing by Aditro of personal data for Aditro’s customers where Aditro is the data processor.

From Aditro’s external websites, log in is also available to Aditro’s Customer Pages. The Aditro Customer Pages are governed by a separate privacy notice, and this Privacy Notice does not govern processing by Aditro in Aditro’s Customer Pages.

Aditro’s external websites ( and allows Aditro to collect information on IP addresses and activities on the websites for all visitors, using cookies. Aditro’s websites also allow the visitor to complete a form in which the user provides Aditro with certain personal data (name, e-mail address, phone number and company) in order to be contacted by Aditro, and/or to sign up for Aditro newsletters. To provide Aditro with any such information is voluntary. For visitors that have provided personal data to Aditro, Aditro may also collect other publicly available personal data (e.g. title and position or contact information). Aditro will process the personal data only for sales and marketing purposes, including the distribution of newsletters.

Personal data provided will be processed by the respective data controller, but may also be transferred to affiliates within the group of companies controlled by Aditro Holding AB (company registration no. 556652-1323) and/or to subcontractors of the Aditro group.

Aditro’s website may contain links to other companies’ websites or services with their own privacy policies. Aditro is not responsible for such privacy policies.

Each website visitor (data subject) may at any time contact Aditro and request correction of any information regarding the data subject, which is incorrect or is no longer current. Once per year and free of charge, the data subject shall be entitled, following a written, signed application submitted to Aditro, to receive information regarding which personal data relating to the data subject is processed by Aditro and how Aditro processes the same.

Aditro undertakes to take the technical and organizational security measures necessary in accordance with applicable national legislation in order to protect the personal data. A user’s personal data will not be stored for a longer period of time than is necessary for the purpose.
