In these unusual times, Aditro is of course continuously monitoring the situation regarding the coronavirus (covid-19) in all Nordic countries. We recognize our responsibility in that the continued and undisturbed delivery of Aditro’s services and the availability of our systems are vital to both our customers and their employees.
Aditro is operating according to a four stages risk model depending on the severity of the pandemic situation. Based on the current status, all Aditro offices are as of Thursday 12 March at the second risk stage. This includes travel restrictions, work location recommendations, medical safety regulations and contingency preparations throughout our organization, while our operations and service delivery continue unaffected.
To further secure the continued and undisturbed delivery of Aditro’s services and the availability of our systems also if and when the pandemic situation worsens, Aditro will during the coming days conduct tests of changes to necessary processes, technology and work methods, primarily by having all employees working remotely.
We acknowledge that this situation can cause minor deficiencies in our deliveries for the next days; but we ensure you that we will do our outmost to minimize and mitigate any issues. Please keep in mind that our purpose is to secure our continued services to all our customers also in the coming weeks and months. If you have any questions at all, or experience any issues, please use any of our existing channels for cooperation and communication.
