RECORDS OF PROCESSING
As part of our commitment to transparency and the obligations arising under the EU General Data Protection Regulation we here make available Records of Processing stating contact details for our data protection officer, the purposes of the processing, a description of the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients and a reference to a general description of the technical and organisational security measures.
As part of our commitment to assist our customers with their responsibility as controllers we also intend to specify here where relevant the applicable retention periods per product and per legal requirement, in a general format. Please take note that the final responsibility for setting appropriate retention periods is the controllers responsibility. The retention times per product can be set individually and the times to be mentioned here are our recommendations.
The applicability of the Records of Processing for our relationship with you as a customer is dependent on the product or service purchased and the delivery method chosen. This may mean that some of the information is not applicable to our relationship, however it will also mean that no processing is excluded from this overview. Some processing is only applicable to one customer, if so this follows clearly from the overview. If you have any questions regarding the applicability of certain information please be sure to contact our Data Protection Officer.
If you have any questions in regard to the information displayed on this site or any other in relation to privacy such as the exercise of data subject rights or personal data breaches please do not hesitate to contact the Aditro Group Data Protection Officer.
