The health of our employees and an undisturbed services delivery continue to be of key importance to Aditro in these unprecedented times.
This spring, I wrote to both Aditro’s customers and employees that “Aditro strongly believe that it is important to secure that the society and business in general are not slowed down more than necessary. For Aditro, it’s business as usual – but remotely.”
We have for sure been working remotely these last couple of months, to almost 100%. I am now happy to summarize that we have done so successfully!
The ongoing pandemic has created challenges for both our customers and ourselves. We have faced numerous regulatory and operational changes and challenges that have all required a swift response and action during the spring and summer, which we have been able to deliver. Aditro have worked closely with both authorities and our competitors within the payroll industry to find ways to improve and facilitate advice on and implementation of the various governmental support programs in each country. This cooperation has given us valuable knowledge on how to advice and support our customers on how they can benefit from the available programs.
During this time, Aditro have also continued to deliver our committed payroll and HR services to our customers, helping them to maintain business as usual within the key areas of HR and payroll. Contracts have been signed and cloud services deployed to both new and existing customers.
We are now initiating a gradual return to our offices, while keeping in line with official recommendations in each country. The health of our employees and an undisturbed services delivery to our customers continue to be of key importance to Aditro in these unprecedented times.
Growth rates indicators for the Nordic countries are pointing in the right direction, but the challenges caused by the pandemic are far from over and many businesses are still having a hard time to recover. I would like to express my gratitude to Aditro’s customers, employees and partners for their innovation, creativity and flexibility during this period. Let us all keep up the good work!
